Gran Muthu Rainbow Hotel

The views and services were great, and I loved the hotel. The shows and animation really stood out. Leinier and Angel were especially fun and affectionate, and I had a wonderful time with them. What really made the resort special was the welcoming, generous people who work there. They're also incredible entertainers and performers. Lots of guests told us it was their sixth visit or the only resort they'd ever come to, and that says something about how often people return. Cuba is beautiful, the beaches are amazing, and the resort is fun. The food was better than we expected, and the team did a great job with excellent service. I'd recommend the Rainbow to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Customer Relations Manager couldn't find solutions and kept blaming someone else. We waited until after 8 pm to get a room, and its A/C didn't work. We had paid for an Ocean View but got a Pool view. During my week there was only one a la carte restaurant, not three, and there was no coffee in the buffet restaurant. The beach was small and needed cleaning. Maybe things would run better with administrators like Josel, the luggage person, who seemed to know how to handle customer issues.

This was my first Chill Out event and fourth time at Rainbow Resort. My husband and I had an amazing week, meeting wonderful people and making friendships we hope will last well beyond the trip. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and full of welcoming energy, and the staff make everyone feel at home. Even with less-than-great weather, the creative, energetic themed parties kept us having fun all week. The entertainment team kept things lively with music, performances, and chances to connect and celebrate. The food was plentiful, delicious, and varied, and there was a great selection of drinks. A special thank you to Yorden, the heart and soul of the resort. His energy, kindness, and dedication make a real difference, and you can see how much he cares about giving everyone an unforgettable experience. We already can't wait to return. Rainbow Resort never disappoints, and Chill Out made it even more special. Highly recommended!
