The host made this one of the best travel experiences I've had. I've been to many places around the world, but nowhere else offered such a charming, authentic way to see how people in Cuba work to make a living. I'd recommend staying here to anyone.
Alejandro took care of arranging our stay, the trip to El Nicho, and our ride to the next destination. His cousin Andrei looked after us wonderfully, and both were ready to help whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was generous and just right. I'd highly recommend this place 💯x💯.
Alejandro's hospitality and company make it hard to leave the hostel, and the room was always spotless and incredibly comfortable. The garden is the most beautiful I've seen in Cuba. We hope to come back and try the craft beer!
The host's welcome was unforgettable. He made us feel as if we were visiting an old friend, which was the best part of the place. We also enjoyed the tasty local food, and the huge garden out back was a lovely spot to relax. A wonderful choice for spending a few restful days in Cienfuegos.
