AS Boutique Residence

AS Residence went above and beyond. My husband and I had a great time in La Habana, where we wanted to experience local life. The residence is ideally located, and the city is safe and picturesque. Owners Andre and Sandy make the stay even better. The decor is beautiful, with a modern industrial style. Breakfast is included, with a good range of eggs, vegetables, and French toast. Everyone on staff is welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Cuba. Excellent!!

I had such a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully peaceful, a perfect base for exploring Havana. The room had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and relax. They also have a restaurant, share sightseeing tips, and offer tours. The hosts are kind, dedicated, easy to reach, and happy to share their own experiences and insights. The location is grand, and I couldn’t recommend this place more for a fantastic Havana visit. They also make the only real espresso I found during my two weeks in Cuba, and the breakfast is delicious :)!

Our stay here was the highlight of our holiday. The host and hotel manager was kind, engaging, and gracious. The room was clean, cool, spacious, and well designed, with everything we could need. Common areas like the gorgeous, well planned roof terrace made it easy to relax. They make the best coffee I’ve ever had, and breakfast was lovely too. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, in Havana or anywhere else. I’ll recommend it to everyone I know who visits Cuba, and hope they expand to other locations someday.

Andre was an incredibly helpful host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay at AS Boutique residence. The beautifully restored house and tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms made the artistic space in the heart of Old Havana an experience in itself. Even with the food shortages at the time, breakfast and coffee were excellent, the best we had during our two weeks in Cuba. Andre had wonderful tips for rooftops, restaurants, bars, galleries, and other places to see around town. He also helped us make reservations, arrange trips, and book cars. As first-time visitors to Cuba, we were glad to have chosen this place to help us find our way around the city and country. We hope to return to AS Boutique Residence.
