I felt safe here, and the bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning, though the place itself is simple and up on the second floor. During my five-day stay they never provided toilet paper. You also need to let them know your plans, since they may not be there and they keep the apartment key. They give guests keys for the street entrance and their room.
