Magaly herself was warm, genuine, and very hospitable. When one of our bags didn't arrive, she took the following afternoon to go with us back to the airport so we'd get a reasonable price for the transportation there and back. Of the three casas we stayed in while in Havana, Magaly's was the best. It was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. We had a private bedroom with two beds, a bathroom of our own, and a small kitchen area with a nice refrigerator. There was also an outdoor terrace where it was lovely to have morning coffee.

A very nice place to stay, right in the center. It was easy to find a cab there without being charged the assumed tourist rate.

The house is independent and nicely located near the large Avenida Carlo III°, with the historic center only a few minutes away. I stayed at Magaly's home in Havana several times with Italian friends. A special thank you to Magaly, our hostess, who welcomed us with real kindness and helped us with whatever we needed. She's also a beautiful and intelligent woman.
