The location made it easy to walk to bars, restaurants, historic sights, and plenty more. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and juice, coffee, eggs, bread, ham, and other things. The price felt fair, and the place itself was lovely. Jorge and Vicky were warm and helpful, always knowing where to find what you wanted at a good price. Jorge also gives salsa lessons and is a lot of fun. We left feeling like we'd made new friends, and hope to return.
The photos really do show what it's like: the rooms are decorated with lots of care, and the whole place has a strong Cuban feel. We were guest number one and were very happy with our stay. Wiebke shared great suggestions for trips around Havana and Cuba, and the location was excellent and felt personal. If you take a dance lesson with Jorge, Cuba will stay with you.
