The staff were nice, and there was hot water, but my ground-floor room still felt dirty even though it was clean. It was stuffy, with no proper windows, just a door opening onto the lobby, so the room felt completely exposed. I can’t say what the rooms upstairs are like. There was no water early in the morning until they switched on the pump, and it was noisy.
