VOYA Boutique Hotel

The hotel is stunning and centrally located, which made getting around by taxi or car service easy. Voya Boutique Hotel was an amazing place to stay, especially if you’re an American citizen: it was one of the few privately owned and managed hotels where U.S. visitors are permitted to stay. From booking through our trip home, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made the visit memorable. For my husband’s birthday, they made him feel special as soon as we entered our beautiful room. At dinner they sang happy birthday and brought him a cappuccino with his photo in the foam. He says it was his best birthday and vacation ever, and we’ve traveled all over the world, so that says a lot. Jorge and everyone there, thank you for creating something so special in Havana. We’ll definitely be back.

We felt very safe, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, and the staff were amazing, always attentive to what we needed. I encourage everyone to visit Voyager and Cuba and meet these lovely, caring people.

It’s a peaceful, calm spot about 10 minutes out of town. I can hardly find words for how wonderful this little hotel is. George and Alex were incredibly generous with their time and advice, the rooms worked really well, and the food was incredible for such a relatively small hotel. Every staff member was smiling and efficient. We ended up extending our stay by four nights. Thank you!

The welcome mojitos and quick check-in to our well-appointed rooms made a lovely first impression. The service was five-star, the staff friendly, and the food mouthwatering. Breakfast each morning had a great mix of local fruit, baked goods, and selected mains. It’s a stunning boutique hotel in Havana, with real care given to the details. I’ll miss having a cocktail and cigar in the Secret Garden in the evenings. My only real regret is missing the new coffee bar, which opened the day after we left Cuba. I can’t imagine returning to Havana and staying anywhere else.
