We rented all 7 rooms of the house as a family and couldn't have been happier with it. It's spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend time in Santiago de Cuba. Rafael, the owner, was a pleasure to meet and very professional. Lázaro, the manager, was just as professional, knew a lot, and responded quickly to what we needed. Sandra got us settled at 1am and was incredibly accommodating, I'm forever grateful to her. The food was excellent, and parking next door is available for 2 or 3 cuc.

It's a beautiful, tidy place, but I wouldn't describe the rooms as clean. There was dust everywhere, and even the linen had thick dust particles on it. The managing lady kept insisting annoyingly about paying by card, even though we reassured her many times that we were okay with paying by card. I found that rude. The property manager also offered an "only available" taxi driver who asked an insanely high amount for a 5 minute ride to the Viazul station. We felt scammed.

The food is excellent and plentiful, and Vivian is such a kind, welcoming person. It's a beautiful colonial house, with spacious, clean rooms and private bathrooms. Wi-Fi and laundry service are available. Greetings to the kitchen staff, especially Mrs. Luisa. Thank you for everything.

A friendly, family-friendly atmosphere, excellent food, and great rooms made this a lovely place to stay. The colonial house is a great base for exploring beautiful, lively, interesting Santiago de Cuba. Highly recommended....
