Alexey's parents were generous, caring, and kind, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The shower was warm and very clean. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Alexey replied quickly, speaks fluent English, and we had a great conversation about Cuban history and its socioeconomic situation. His personal story was touching and heartwarming. Perfect stay for me, 10/10!

Alexey speaks excellent English, which helped a lot since we don't know much Spanish. He also arranged a horseback riding tour, helped us book Taxi colectivos and exchange money, and shared tips for excursions around Trinidad. The room had a brochure with excursion and restaurant suggestions, which we really appreciated. We spent two nights at Alexey’s house in February. The room was clean and had all the necessities, and breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We're glad we chose Casa el Ceramista and hope to come back in the future. It's a lovely family!

We had dinner here, and those were by far the best dishes we ate in Cuba. Breakfast was wonderful too, with lots of choices, fresh fruit juice, eggs, toast, coffee, and more. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great A.C., and the location made it easy to walk to Trinidad's best sights. Alexey and his family welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and treated us like family. I stayed with them in December 2023 with my sister, father, and cousin. We had a great New Year's Eve and are already planning to return as soon as we can!

This was easily the best casa particular we stayed in on our trip. Casa El Ceramista feels authentic, the rooms are really nice, and Alexey and his lovely family are wonderful hosts. Alexey is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying with them.
