Melia Internacional Varadero

We stayed at the hotel for five nights, and it was perfect for a family with kids. The hotel was very safe, and we used the services it offered. The beach is beautiful, with amazing, clean blue water. We had different food, and there was bottled water in the room every day. Thanks to Margarita for her support during our stay.

The staff were the best part of our stay. They're friendly, caring, happy, and always ready to help. Given the struggles and hardships Cuba is currently going through, they'd never let guests know it. A massive thank you to the team in the Adults only section at Melia Internacional Varadero. You guys are amazing, and my wife and I will be back. We booked the adults only section for our honeymoon. When we arrived, they immediately directed us to a shuttle for the adults only building. The ladies there greeted us professionally and checked us in quickly. Our room wasn't ready because we'd arrived at 1400, but they seated us in the restaurant for an incredible lunch. The server team at the adults only restaurant deserves a huge pat on the back, and the japanese restaurant has some incredible staff, including ingred. The beach in the adults only section was perfect and not too busy. The beach team kept checking that everything was good and asking if we needed a drink or anything. From the time we arrived until we left, everything was incredible. This is by far my ALL TIME favorite resort. The only thing missing was an evening show. The live music was good, but became repetitive over our two weeks there.

We'd been here less than 24 hours and were already so pleased we'd decided not to cancel. Even arriving quite late, we were met with kindness and help. Check-in was quick and efficient, our room is lovely, and the view is spectacular. The sand is soft and warm, with plenty of places to sit or lie down and relax at the beach. The food is good, there are no shortages, and the coffee is EXCELLENT. We had no safety issues. The two managers are accommodating and try to keep everyone satisfied. We're quite satisfied and will definitely return. I met Margarita from Management.

This is our 13th stay, and we're treated like family every time. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and the staff are always ready to serve us with a smile. This is the only place we'll keep coming to for family vacation. Thank you to Dario for always making it extra special. We love you all. A big shout-out to the beach bar staff, Tomys,Osamani,Arian,Andy,Jionny,Yuri,Daniel,Alejandro, Yosley and Dani, for always making it a good time. And thanks to Pedro’s beach staff, Leo,Juan and Jiovanni, for making sure we have our chairs and umbrellas.
