They even picked us up from the boat and drove us to the hotel, which we hadn’t expected. Such a lovely surprise. The stay was incredible, with spectacular views and wonderful staff. A hundred percent recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back.

They canceled my reservation just a few days before I was due to arrive, claiming the property was fully closed and out of service and that every booking had been canceled. That’s a complete lie: I’ve just arrived in Maio, and the apartments are operating with guests staying there. No professionalism at all. I wouldn’t trust this place, since you could be left with nowhere to stay.

The sunsets were gorgeous, and Wave Maze itself is beautiful. From the terrace and pool you can even see dolphins. The apartment is very comfortable, and the location is peaceful while still just a few minutes’ walk from town for food or shopping. Romario was quick to respond and made transfers and activities easy. Thanks.
