The service was really bad, and there’s no decent breakfast to make up for it. It was poor and lousy. Everything seems to be broken, and there was no hot water for a shower. What a disaster of a hotel.

The buffet was good, though we thought it cost too much for the quality. Still, we had a good experience, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

The bedding was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. But the place feels neglected, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It may once have been a good hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a two-star property now. Even with what look like renovated showers, there’s barely any water pressure, and hot water takes ages to arrive or sometimes never does. The curtains are either held up by bedbugs or missing altogether, and the rods look ready to come down. One bed is in a space that isn’t really a kitchen, with not even a glass there. The advertised currency exchange isn’t available, and there don’t seem to be any services at all. Breakfast is adequate, but far from hygienic: nothing is refrigerated, so unless you eat at 7 a.m., it’s all still warm.
