They tried to charge us more than the price we booked when we arrived. The hotel is old and tries to look modern, but it doesn't pull it off. The pool was badly maintained, and the service and room service were awful. Don't bother with the food either. I can't believe this is rated four stars. I won't recommend it or come back.

There were some changes at the start of our stay, which made for an interesting experience. Still, the employees and manager were very friendly and understanding, and willing to sort out whatever came up. For a good sea view, ask for the fifth floor.

A handy spot, with a large mall, fast food places, and a full gym right next door. Cool place to stay.

I've stayed here several times while passing through praia, and it's one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff are amazing, the food is really good, and the location beside the beach is great. I'd definitely recommend a stay.

We've booked VIP HOTEL many times, both for overnight stays and for the banquet room, with large groups as well as single guests. When something unexpected has come up, staff have dealt with it promptly. We love the hotel and its convenient location, with a cinema, supermarket and several restaurants nearby. You can also walk to the beach and enjoy a nice view.
