B&B Bellavista

The setting around the pool is nice, with two simple front rooms that open through glass doors. There’s room to sit under the upstairs room’s balcony, and plenty of space around the pool. Downstairs, a roomy canopy shelters a lounge set, and hammocks are set up by the lounge and outside the two front rooms. The gate closes electrically by remote, feels secure, and there’s plenty of parking inside. There’s also a separate apartment on the right with a living room and bedroom. The rooms vary quite a bit. Upstairs is one luxurious room; below and behind it is a very basic one with just two windows, which works if you want quiet and don’t plan to spend much time inside. The B&B itself is simple but spotless. Breakfast is modest, though enough. Nelly, the tidy and helpful cleaner, does a great job. Claudia, the owner, is often around, easy to reach, helpful, and happy to chat or share island tips. You should be able to stay within the standard 8kW allowance if you use the air conditioning only when needed. Even if you spend more time indoors during the day, you can keep within it, though I wouldn’t recommend missing out on the island and its lovely weather. Go over the allowance and you pay extra per kWh.
