The location is beautiful and great, but it’s the only positive I found. The staff weren’t friendly, and cleaning and fresh towels were skipped. Whenever I asked reception something, they sent me to WhatsApp, where getting an answer took ages. I won’t return to this resort.

The location is good, and the pools are nice. The rooms are okay, but the living room has no walls or proper windows, so mosquitoes get inside. That’s not great in a country with Dengue. The bedrooms do have windows, but one still had more than 100 mosquitoes when we arrived. Service was missing. Restaurants weren’t open as advertised, some orders never arrived, and staff seemed like they’d rather be somewhere else. There was no soap in the bathrooms either. We ordered airport transport with a child seat, but when the car finally came, it had none. We waited another 2 hours for the transport to return, only to find the seat was broken, so we had to go without one. The driver lied and said one wasn’t needed in Curacao.

Good service and a great hotel in a good location. Bring mosquito repellent, though, since the living room is open and you’ll get some bites at night. The restaurant staff seemed a bit unfriendly to me.

It’s a nice resort with lots of facilities, close to a wonderful beach. You can see all kinds of fish in the clear ocean water. The toilet and living room get extremely warm, so the cooling there needs improvement. Opening the shades makes it even harder to keep the mosquitoes out.
