The grounds were a highlight, with lush greenery and a beautiful pool where I could unwind. The whole property felt tropical, serene, and inviting. BB Curacao is a hidden gem, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a memorable stay. My one-bedroom apartment was immaculate, well appointed, spacious, and stylish, with thoughtful design details throughout. The Jan Thiel location was excellent, close to the waterfront entertainment area while still feeling tranquil. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

Everything felt clean, fresh, and luxurious, and the owner was caring and did all they could to make our stay pleasant. I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful two-and-a-half weeks on Curaçao, but the laundry at the accommodation was a bad experience. We were offered a wash for 5 euros, which sounded cheap, but all our clothes came back blue or grey and/or damaged. When I contacted the owner, I was told to deal with it through my insurance. It was impossible to have a conversation through the app.

I was told to take the €350 damage claim to my own insurer, even though I had asked for compensation to repair the clothes that were damaged and discolored. When we booked through booking.com, we apparently agreed to the general terms and conditions too, but those terms were changed on the site after I filed the complaint. The way they’re handling this feels very immature.
