Colorful & Charming close to Beaches

We spent ten days in the “Suite with Kitchen & Balcony” and had a great time. The room was spacious, with a great bed, a nice bathroom, and a big balcony where we had breakfast. The kitchen had what we needed for small meals, including a microwave, fridge, two stove tops, pots, and pans. We had hot water, didn’t need to worry about metered electricity, and were given pool and beach towels. Room service every other day worked perfectly for us. Our hosts communicated really well. They picked us up from the airport for free and connected us with someone who could rent us a car at the last minute. The guesthouse is in the Saliña district. Van den Tweel is about a 15-minute walk away, with freshly baked goods in the morning, though getting there means crossing a busy road. There are shops and restaurants nearby, but we usually ate elsewhere. In the evenings, food trucks in the area serve tasty, affordable food. There are lots of dogs barking at people walking around, and the occasional stray, which could be friendly or less so. We preferred using the car.

We had a lovely apartment in this guesthouse and a wonderful week there. The people were very kind.

The view over Curacao was amazing, and the apartments were super clean. The staff were friendly and really involved. It’s centrally located, so shops and places to eat are easy to get to. The swimming pool is 15 meters high.

The rooms were nicely equipped, with a pool and kitchen area, and the hosts went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. It’s an amazing place, well situated near beaches, downtown, and views.
