Right in a central spot, with lots of interesting shops and really good food options. A nice area to wander around.

We were visiting on a cruise ship and happened upon this beautiful, quaint area. It was only a short detour from our route. There was a little chocolate shop, a coffee bar, and gelato, plus free restrooms, which was the best part!

Hulanda Village is a great location, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and cafes around. The massage was good for the price, and the place was clean and professional. We were welcomed well, although the staff member who greeted us seemed a little attitude-y at first.

The buildings and rooms were lovely and well equipped, and the location was great. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have a small ant problem, but housekeeping came and dealt with it very quickly. The one awkward moment was at the front desk, where a fellow made a snarky remark to my girlfriend about grammar.

We liked the village feel and enjoyed the generous servings at dinner, which we had at the hotel most nights. Breakfast was a buffet each morning. We got to chat with Anita, one of the chefs. Near our room there was a small walk-up bar serving specialty coffee, water, beer with limited choices, wine, and mixed drinks. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean. They couldn't find our reservation when we arrived, so they put us in a small upstairs room at first. Not long after we brought our things up, they called to say another room was available. It was spacious and beautiful.
