The shower was nice, but there was no shelf, hair dryer, or hooks. The bed and pillow were cheap and uncomfortable. I was in a single room, which I think is different from the two-bedroom units. On entering, the first thing I saw was a really filthy refrigerator. There was also a microwave and kettle, but nothing to use with them, no cups, glasses, plates, or cutlery at all. This place needs a lot of work.

The owners are what make The View Apartments stand out. They really care about guests and offer warm, personal hospitality that you rarely get at hotels. The interiors are spacious and thoughtfully put together, with comfort, style, and modern amenities that make it easy to feel at home. From the apartment you get an incredible panoramic view of Willemstad, including the colorful buildings, sparkling water, and Queen Emma Bridge. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is hands down my favorite stay on the island. A real gem in Otrobanda, Curaçao.

Our apartment was spotless, roomy, and well cared for, and the owners made us feel welcome and were always happy to help. It’s a short walk to Punda, so it was easy to explore both sides of Willemstad. We could see Queen Emma Bridge and the harbor, and there were lots of restaurants and fast-food places close by. We had an amazing stay.

The rooms were large and clean, and the service was really friendly. It’s a great base close to the main tourist spots, and the prices are very good. I’d definitely book with them again on my next island stay.

Everything we needed was just a few minutes away, including a casino, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. Taxis were easy to find within a couple of minutes, and rental cars were available too. We stayed five days in a spacious, clean apartment right in the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
