The apartment was dirty and loud because of the building work, and we were woken at 7 every morning except Sunday. We stayed in August 2023. The owners acted as if the construction was entirely beyond their control, which made it hard to enjoy the stay. If sleeping in matters to you, I'd avoid this place.
The pool and the extra room upstairs really added to our stay. That room has its own toilet, shower, and kitchenette, so anyone wanting a quiet spot had some privacy. The penthouse is spacious, clean, well equipped, and worked well for our family. It's on the third floor of a new building, with reserved parking for our apartment. The landlord was remarkably available. Requests were answered within minutes, and once they even sent someone over to check on something we mentioned. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and felt safe, with very few tenants. The price was very fair. For anyone concerned by earlier comments about construction next door, the building behind was nearly finished and the noise wasn't much of a bother.
