There isn’t much around the area, so keep that in mind. Still, we’d stay here again. The modern place felt new, and our bungalow was clean and really nice, with its own pool and beach. Check-in was a little difficult because none of the staff spoke English, but we managed to sort it out.

The stone houses are spacious and comfortable, and since the place is brand new, it’s very clean. The pool is on the small side. The water isn’t murky, but often looks cloudy or milky rather than as clear as you’d expect. Staff are friendly and helpful, though they need more people in high season. The pool bar closes in the evening, and after 23:00 there’s nobody at reception. Keep expectations in check before you go, and note that the beach isn’t sandy.

We’d had outstanding food and service here when we visited two years ago, but this time we weren’t treated well. We were cold and soaked from the rain, yet waited 20 minutes for tea, even after reminding the waiter twice. The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked. The seafood pasta was nothing special, with frozen octopus pieces that were inedible. Prices are on the high side. If you’re paying in euros, get Turkish lira before visiting. The euro was exchanged at 20 lira everywhere else we went, but here they gave us 18. It felt like a deliberate rip-off.

I haven’t stayed overnight, but I checked the prices. They charge per person rather than per room. In May 2021 it was €22 per person, including breakfast. The nicely decorated stone rooms, swimming pool, and natural island on the beach make for a relaxing stay in quiet surroundings. It’s next to Tatlisu - Zambak holiday homes.
