Denizkizi Hotel

Once we arrived, my doubts from reading the reviews disappeared pretty quickly. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing, the pool was clean, and the beach was good enough for a lazy day. The staff were friendly too, and all the cats were hungry. Just watch your step in the water: some parts are rocky and as slippery as a marble countertop, while other spots have little mounds to dodge. I stubbed my toe on one. It’s not a criticism, just be extra careful and enjoy the beach and sea.

Clean sand and water, but it gets overcrowded, especially on weekends. They let in too many people. If you go, try to find a sunbed at the far left by the area reserved for hotel residents. I paid 500tl for a day pass with pool access. At the pool, staff said the ticket was old and accused me of lying. They told me it wasn’t valid. After I made a fuss, they said I could use the pool, but I was already angry and upset. The ticket seller later told me he had confirmed to the staff that it was valid. A bunch of clowns. Since Niazi's restaurant group runs the place, people come for the food and treat the beach as a bonus. A large bottle of efes was 180tl and a portion of fried chips was 200tl. The usual island problem, arrogant young staff recruited from overseas.

The Sunday meal was the standout: they cooked lamb in the ground the old-fashioned way and served it in front of everyone. A must-have experience. The beach, pool, restaurant, and location are all absolutely stunning. Highly recommend 👌

We had a lovely, peaceful holiday here. The place is charming, the views are gorgeous, and the staff were amazing. We’ll definitely come back many times and recommend it to others.
