Lyhnos

We stayed three days in the deluxe room, which was spacious, very clean, and had a large balcony facing the mountains. The receptionist was warm and helpful, and the service was excellent. It’s a very quiet spot, ideal if you want a break from a busy, noisy lifestyle. There isn’t much to do in the village beyond a coffee shop and restaurant, but a neighboring village with more places to eat and drink is only a six-minute drive away, and easy to reach by car. I’d come back mainly for the great service.

Such a calming place for a break. Our room had a fireplace and felt really cozy, and the balcony looked out on a beautiful, peaceful view. It’s in a magical little village. I’d recommend it 100%.

The bathtub worked perfectly as a jacuzzi, which made for a nice way to unwind. Breakfast was simple but fresh, enough to get the day going, though don’t expect a full buffet at a hotel that isn’t five-star. The village is lovely, old-fashioned, and tucked into the mountains, with friendly staff too. A few things could use attention: varnish for the balcony wood, the rusty iron gates, and a smart TV. Our Sanidoto room only had Cypriot channels, which weren’t much entertainment. A table would help as well. Ours was tiny, while some balconies below had bigger ones. The Nespresso slider was faulty and wouldn’t hold the capsule in place. Still, definitely worth a visit.

A quiet little village near the Troodos mountain makes this a great place to get away. Walking around, you get fresh air and an authentic atmosphere, and the whole experience is amazing.
