We liked the room size and the food at Abacus Suites. Ours was a Deluxe room with a pool view, and the modern pool was clean. Towels for the pool are available with a deposit, the air conditioning worked well, and rooms are cleaned every day. The young woman at reception was kind and helpful. There’s a bus stop near the hotel, and Bolt takes about 6-10 minutes to reach popular beaches like Nissi, Landa and Makronissos. We could hear a lot of street noise at night from rooms facing the sea or road, as the rooms aren’t soundproof. For a 4-star hotel, I’d suggest better sheets and towels, plus a way to skip daily cleaning. The “Do Not Disturb” button resets when you leave the room.

We had a great terrace view and the location was convenient, with all the popular beaches fairly close by. Our Deluxe room was next to the main street, but the windows are sound isolated, so the noise wasn’t too bad, though some people may find it affects their sleep. The room and pool were clean, and the people were really kind. Breakfast was perfect each day we ate there, and the food tasted very good. We stayed for 7 days, and I’d definitely pick this hotel if you’re unsure where to book.

We’ve stayed at Abacus three years running. The staff are great, breakfast is delicious 🤤, and there’s private parking, which really matters if you rent a car. The suites have big balconies. If you want somewhere quieter, choose a pool-view room. 😊

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable and cozy, and the pool stayed clean and uncrowded. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfasts. We had a wonderful holiday at Abacus Suits and would definitely recommend it to couples. Thanks, Abacus, for being such a great host!

We had to move the beds apart ourselves, even though that was in the reservation details. There were also burned-out lightbulbs, and the first night and the following day we had no hot water in either the shower or sink. The hotel said it was a property-wide problem, but wouldn’t offer even a 10% refund. The manager wasn’t available, and nobody apologized. I’m not planning to return. When the front desk staff just stared at me, I said I’d leave a bad review if the manager couldn’t spare a minute to talk. She never did.
