Adams Beach Hotel & Spa Deluxe Wing - Adults Only

We spent 7 nights here with our two kids and had an amazing time. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable, from the housekeepers to the bar and restaurant staff. Kyria Evanghelia deserves a special mention for making sure my picky eater found food he liked. The Glasshouse manager and his team were wonderful too. And kyria Pantelitsa, who makes birthday cakes, along with the whole team surprised my daughter with a delicious cake. Such a lovely gesture. A huge thank you to everyone at Adams Beach hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

I found a used condom wrapper beside the bed frame, and I photographed it where it was. The bed linens were dirty too. For a property sold as 5-star and charging 5-star prices, I expected the room to have been cleaned. The basic standard wasn’t there. Reception staff verbally promised to refund my unused nights after I complained, but they kept the money instead. I see that as dishonesty, not an oversight. I’ve posted the photo here for anyone who doubts this could happen at a 5-star hotel. Adam's Beach Hotel fell short for me on hygiene, housekeeping and basic integrity. It broke the promise its 5-star rating makes to guests. I wouldn’t return under any circumstances, and I’d actively warn anyone considering it to look elsewhere.

The winter-season atmosphere was peaceful, cozy and very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right by the sea, with stunning views, and it’s beautiful and well maintained. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help with a smile. We also liked the pools and spa, and the food was tasty with a good variety. It’s a perfect choice for couples or anyone wanting a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We’d definitely love to come back.

The food at the restaurants was very good, and the spa at Coral was amazing, highly recommended. The location is convenient too, next to Nissi beach, restaurants and shops, with a bus stop right by the hotel. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Our rooms were clean, but they need refurbishment. Housekeeping wasn’t very thorough: they made the beds, took the rubbish and left fresh towels, but didn’t change the sheets daily or clean the mirrors. They didn’t check whether the shower gel had run out either, so you had to tell the cleaner. We had three rooms on the same floor with our family, and it was the same in all of them.
