The food selection at breakfast was great, and the rooms and cleaning service were very good. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, reception responded immediately to requests, and there were animators at the big pool. Swim-up apartments are available too. I enjoyed my time here, though the wellness area is poorly laid out. For example, while in the sauna, we had to put our clothes on a chair outside in front. The gym doesn’t have a bench press, which seems essential if you’re going to call it a gym. The beach in front of the hotel isn’t usable, just rocks, so we had to walk to the nearest properly arranged beach.

The one drawback was the lack of a toilet on the pool, reception, and restaurant level. You have to go one floor up or down. Otherwise, the rooms were great, the food had good variety and quality, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The seafront location is great too, midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach.

Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel is very clean, with excellent service and food. I’d recommend it and would give it 4 stars plus. A couple of things could be better. There are no disability toilets or toilets by the pool. The only toilet was a disabled toilet in reception, which wasn’t ideal when you’re wet from the pool. Our room also had no sitting area to get ready, such as a dressing table with a plug and mirror together. I do think the hotel should look more into a solution for toilets by the pool.

The floors are extremely slippery, even when dry, with almost no grip in any footwear, so be careful. The restaurant is also very strict about dry clothing and not being wet. Food from all the restaurants and bars was very good, with a huge variety and something for everyone. There’s a great choice of drinks, and the bar staff will make whatever you ask for or surprise you. The hotel and rooms were spotless, with cleaners constantly at work. We got fresh bottled water in the room every day, plus fresh fruit. I’ve never had a 4-star hotel treat guests like that before. Usually you just get water when you arrive. The location is good if you want somewhere quieter than the Ayia Napa craziness but still lively in a more relaxed way. Entertainment was okay, though it was hard to find an outside seat in the evening. Blue fitness was brilliant, and Josephine made everything fun without being pushy.
