Cove Seaview Villas

The pool was destroyed and the jacuzzi didn't work, even though the company had confirmed both before we booked. When I called, they didn't apologize for failing to tell us. I politely asked to move, but they said all the villas were booked, which wasn't true. They only have five villas, and just one was occupied. Some have pools and others don't. We were very disappointed. They only care about collecting your money, don't trust them.

The house smelled strongly of septic tanks and sewage throughout our stay, to the point that it was unlivable. We reported the problems on the first day, but staff did nothing. They acted as if they were trying to fix things and then tried to extort money from us for the repairs. There was no compensation for the stay going so badly. The villa itself is nice but very neglected, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. On the first day the lights didn't work, the jacuzzi couldn't be used because it had too many chemicals in it, and a shower caused a lot of dirty, smelly water to come up from the kitchen drains. I highly don't recommend this place.

Stunning villa, one of the best I've stayed in.

A lovely, peaceful and quiet place.
