Efi Hotel Apartments

The clean water and different pool depths made it a great spot even for someone who can't swim. We also liked the delicious food and coffee, and found the staff friendly and helpful. For a couple's holiday, it worked really well. The room was large and clean with a nice view, and shops and clubs are nearby.

It was clean, though the room had a stale, unpleasant smell. We arrived at 1 am and check-out was at noon, but at 9 am the cleaners came in expecting me to pack and leave before I'd even opened my eyes. They swore and gestured at me, with no manners. I guess they wanted to finish work early, but it cut short the stay I'd paid for. Reception was the best part, mainly because it was the last thing you saw. Of the staff I met, only two seemed to pretend to care, and that was enough. Reading the reviews, I agree with the people who didn't enjoy their stay. Don't try this place. I'd suggest rainbow apartments, which are beyond expectations.

We moved to Demetris Apartments, 200m away, and got no money back. The room had a list of charges for anything that might get broken, which made me nervous about touching anything. The apartments were awful and dirty, and the staff were very rude. They encouraged parties and nighttime noise, then threatened to call the police when we kept complaining. The reviews on Booking are probably fake. I definitely don't recommend this scam.

The service was the worst part. I bought juice and chocolate at a shop outside the hotel, then came back to sit and eat them. They told me to go back and eat at that shop because I hadn't bought my snack from the hotel's overpriced store. I came with a small group, and the room had no A/C. Wi-Fi in the rooms cost 50 euros a week, with free Wi-Fi only in the lobby. For the price, you can find much better places. This was an absolute disaster. I wouldn't come here, and I'll post this review everywhere I can.
