Elegance Beachfront Villa

Such a shame about the dreamlike view. The place was poorly looked after: the windows were unwashed, the sun loungers were broken, and water came through the windows into the rooms. The shower drains had problems, the jacuzzi didn't work, and there was barely enough hot water. The ping pong table was broken too, so we couldn't enjoy that either. Sad.

We'd gladly stay at Villa Gloria again, and hope to return next year. The owner was professional and warm in our contact with them, which really stood out. For our week away, the spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings, and lovely sea view made it an easy place to relax. We'd happily recommend it to friends and family.

I've stayed with SKYPRIME before, but this trip with eight friends in a villa was a mess despite its beautiful design, pool, and lawn. The inside needed renovation, the house was dirty and full of ants, and there was a dead bird in the pool area and inside the house. We also found lots of broken glass. One room had a leak from the ablution block, the cinema room didn't work, and the fitness equipment was unusable because its cables were torn. The downstairs bathroom was broken too, with the mirror on the floor and all the flooring damaged. We used the hot tub one night, then the next day it stopped working. The electricity was out across the whole roof, including the outdoor lights and hot tub. We contacted customer service, but it took a long time to hear back. Towels we requested on Thursday only arrived on the day we left. Someone came to fix the jacuzzi the day before departure; it worked for a few hours, then failed again, so we gave up and used the pool. The owner spoke with us but seemed apathetic, didn't understand the situation, and took no responsibility. With all the money we spent, the trip and villa weren't worth it. I'd think twice before doing business with them again.
