Breakfast runs until 12pm, which meant we didn't have to rush out of bed. You can order food at the bar and eat at a table or have it brought to your sunbed. It was good value and generally enjoyable, though I thought some dishes could use a little more seasoning. After checkout at 12pm, there's luggage storage for later flights, but the room is unlocked. Guests can also use the shower room and gym after checking out. Bring your own towel, shower gel and toiletries, as the shower room only has a hairdryer. We were a group of four, and the room had a main bedroom plus two beds in the living area. The two single beds pushed together in the bedroom were the comfiest. One of the living room singles was comfortable; the larger one had a split down the middle of the mattress, so it was a bit less comfortable. Each bed had one pillow, and thicker duvets were in the cupboards. The room was well equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and hairdryer. The staff were amazing, and I felt safe, welcome and looked after throughout the stay. Christof deserves a special mention: always smiling, happy to chat with guests and made everyone feel welcome. I stayed here about five years ago and came back this May for five nights because I had such a good experience then too. This time the hotel had a mix of families and young adults. The location is central to Ayia Napa while still feeling comfortable and secure. For the price, the facilities are great, and I'd happily return.

Dinner's tzatziki was the best I've ever had! The staff were really nice, and the hotel was clean. It was very quiet, with literally only 5-10 guests, so there was no breakfast or dinner buffet. On arrival we had to go shopping for soap and shower gel because there wasn't any in the bathroom. Still, it was a very good stay and good value for money, and I'd recommend it for the location and price.

The location is really nice, but I'd avoid staying less than two nights, or you might end up with a not-so-pretty room or apartment. The kitchen had no glasses, pots, spoons or oven tray, and the TV had the wrong plug so we couldn't even turn it on. I politely asked at reception about checking in early and got the automatic “no, we are fully booked” response. 😆

The rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price, and the hotel is clean. There's no drying rack for clothes, which can be a pain on a longer stay or if you need to wash something. Street-facing rooms get quite noisy, especially at night. Still, it's a reasonable choice for a short visit if you're not too sensitive to noise.
