Mia hotel apartment

We stayed in October and it wasn’t noisy. The pool and sunbeds were nice, and the location was really good. Our room was big, renovated, and had what we needed. I liked that air conditioning didn’t cost extra, unlike at many places in Ayia Napa. Cleaning was a bit hit or miss, but it was okay for me. Breakfast was $7.50, pretty basic with limited choice, but fair for the price. We paid $73 including tax for two people with breakfast. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

The studios had plenty of space and were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved how central the apart-hotel is, near the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. We had a wonderful time.

The rooms were clean and had balconies and mini kitchenettes. Panayiotis and George looked after us really well. I’d happily come back.

The online photos look great, but our stay was a disaster. We found cockroaches throughout the hotel, and the sheets were never changed, just the towels. Breakfast cost an extra €7.50 and was exactly the same every day. In the kitchen, the pots and pans were scratched, there was no microwave, and several essential items were missing. The balcony door sometimes locked and sometimes didn’t. When we reported it, we were told that was normal and nothing could be done. Then we were robbed. When I asked to see the security cameras, it turned out our next-door neighbors had broken into the room. There’s no security here. The manager acted as if the real problem was that we didn’t like our room. We reported the theft to the police. When they came to check the footage, the manager ran away. Later he said it wasn’t his fault and he wouldn’t pay for anything. I strongly advise people to avoid this apartment. Don’t risk your money or your safety.
