The staff were great about our request to keep our large group together. We were put right next to one another, so the kids could play together from morning to night, and the hotel's WhatsApp communication was excellent. We stayed in room 201, conveniently between the pool and the bar. It was our first time here, on the Agean side, and we'd highly recommend it. The basic rooms have what you need and enough space for a family of four. We had the parents in the bedroom and the children in the living area. The shower was lovely, and cleaners came every day. We couldn't have been happier with the stay.

The ceremony in the Olive Garden and reception in the Aphrodite Gardens were the reasons we picked this hotel, along with the fact it could fit all our family. The wedding day was amazing, and the staff did everything they could for us. We'll always be grateful for that. We came with both families, 25 people altogether, for a seven-night wedding stay. The children ranged from 3 to 14. The resort is like a holiday village split into three areas, and our group was spread across all of them. My new husband, my 14-year-old stepson, and I stayed in the Ionian section in a suite with a separate bedroom. The hotel was great in many ways: amazing food, lots of pools, and plenty for younger kids. There wasn't much for older children, though. The suite lacked storage, a bathroom door lock, somewhere to hang my wedding dress, and a full-length mirror. For a wedding hotel, that surprised us and made getting ready harder. They brought a mirror on the wedding morning, which helped, but took it away once we were finished. The location is a bit out of the way. We used taxis to get to the beautiful harbour, with its restaurants and bars, and to Venus Beach, which we'd recommend because the closest beach wasn't great. The wedding morning itself was rushed and stressful. We had hair and makeup booked for 11am for a 3pm ceremony, but there wasn't enough time. We were picked up at ten to three and didn't get back to the room until 2pm. The groom was actually leaving the hotel as we arrived. I liked how my hair turned out, but the makeup was a disaster for my taste and didn't feel suitable as bridal makeup for British tastes. I took it off and did my own. When we first researched the hotel, we were told outside makeup artists could work in the rooms, and that was one reason we chose it. At the start of 2026, the rules changed and outside suppliers were no longer allowed because the hotel now uses its own spa and salon services. That was very disappointing and added a lot to the stress. There wasn't enough time to arrange another option or a trial before the wedding. Knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel for a wedding, or I'd arrange hair and makeup off-site to make the morning less stressful.

The fishing village rooms are practical and clean, though honestly they could use a refresh. The location is great, and the kids had their own room. We'd never been to Cyprus before, but after a week here we'll be back. The locals were friendly, and we felt welcome. The hotel and staff were amazing. Our 4- and 5-year-olds loved the kids club: they felt safe and settled right away, and my eldest wanted to go every day. Big shout-out to Chloe in the kids club, who my daughter really took to, and to Maria and David at the pool bar for all the smiles and banter. Raphael at reception, I think he was a porter, kindly helped with our cases without being asked. They all went the extra mile for us and the children. Tui and Aliathon are lucky to have them.

We came for the bachata festival and had a blast. Our one-bedroom apartment was huge and spacious enough for six people. It had a decent bathroom, a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, two LCD TVs with local and international channels, a safe, a dining table for four, and a balcony facing the pool. It's a big resort just across from the beach, though you have to walk through other hotels to get there. There are bungalow-style apartments as well as some hotel rooms.

This was our second visit, and it's a perfect family holiday with children. The staff are so helpful. Even when something goes wrong, they go out of their way to listen and help you feel settled. A big thank you to Kostis and Hannah for being kind and such a pleasure to talk with. Michalis looked after us from arrival to departure and made us feel welcome, and George was warm, understanding, and lovely to speak to. Thanks to everyone for helping our family make unforgettable memories ❤️
