The bathroom was full of ants, the bed was uncomfortable, and the equipment was old. Breakfast wasn't satisfying at all, and the quality was poor overall. The worst part was the staff. They were very unprofessional from the moment we arrived. While we were waiting for the elevator, a receptionist asked who we were and which room we had in a very rude manner. When we asked if something was wrong, she just said, "I don't know you," as though that were our responsibility. The next morning, another receptionist told us, "you know its forbidden right," because we had picked up a bunch of single-use mayonnaise packets at breakfast for our table of five. Being told it's "forbidden" to take as much as you want at a buffet is a new low in hospitality for me. This place would have closed years ago if it weren't for its convenient location. Worst experience on the island. Edit: We booked 3 rooms, not one. They could at least have checked their clients and bookings, but apparently they failed at that just like their staff. Train the employees to be polite, or hire people who can actually do the job, and renovate the place as soon as possible instead of making excuses. The receptionist didn't know how to answer the doorbell and made us wait 10 minutes for "security reasons," but knew how to count to ten when he saw the complimentary mayo on our breakfast table. Sad, bye.

We left the hotel the day after our room was changed because I no longer felt safe sleeping there. Room 209 had bedbugs in the headboard. We also found ants around the bathtub, by the sink, and on the room floor, though they seemed harmless compared with the bedbugs. The hotel looks nice outside, but inside the hallway carpet was dirty and smelled very stale. The rooms seemed acceptable at first, but the walls weren't clean, the linens and towels were clearly worn, and the cleaning was superficial. Our stay was unpleasant and nearly ruined our vacation. I'm sorry to leave this review because the staff were understanding and refunded our money. Still, these problems need to be addressed for the people who choose to stay there.

There were only a few food options for vegans, though I appreciated having non-dairy milk at breakfast. The receptionist was friendly, and the hotel is close to restaurants and the amusement park. You can sleep there. The remote was dirty, and repairs to the walls looked superficial. The hall had a smell like bug spray and felt old. The elevator was old too, and small.

The sea-facing terrace and bright, lovely room made a great impression, and breakfast had plenty of choice and was really good quality. The location was spot on, with everything close by. Christos from the restaurant team and Victoria at reception were especially kind and attentive. They helped turn the stay around and saved my vacation. Thank you both.

The pool was clean and quiet, just right for some time in the sun, and breakfast had fresh choices and tasted great. Napa Jay is right in the middle of things, near restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The staff were cheerful and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Had a lovely stay and would recommend it.
