The terrace was one of my favorite parts, with room to eat outside, unwind and enjoy the sun. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely set up, a great place to come back to after exploring. It’s a two-room apartment and the location is so handy, just a short walk from the beach for swims and sunsets. Andreas greeted us warmly and took care of whatever we needed. His attention and hospitality really made us feel at home. We’ve been coming back to this lovely spot for five years now, and we plan to return again. It’s become our little slice of paradise, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Everything we needed was in the apartment, and the host was wonderful. The information we got along the way was just right. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Andreas! 😍🤩

The host is friendly and quick to respond, and there’s a large terrace for sunbathing. This lovely apartment in Aya Napa also has a sea view and a pool. Highly recommended.

The owner is friendly and helpful, and there’s a parking spot reserved for the apartment right by the entrance. It’s also well located, not far from the beach. The apartment has a washing machine and Wi-Fi, plus a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There are two air conditioners and they work well. We’re here in February, so we’ve been using the heating. Keep the summer heat in mind. Apparently it can get very hot: acquaintances in Nicosia told us they experienced temperatures of 50°C in 2024. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.
