Paloma Hotel Apartments

Really bad. There were insects everywhere, and the photos look like they could be 15 years old. The hotel isn't in that condition now.

For the price, it's good value. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is excellent, and the location is perfect. Just remember it's an apartment, not a hotel, and room service is only available at certain times.

I was there for three days. It wasn't bad overall, and it's good for the price, but there were a few things to know. There's no restaurant or bar, so no food or drinks on site. One morning we told the janitors we were heading out and asked them to clean. When we came back about three hours later, the room hadn't been cleaned. They'd only thrown out the cigarettes from the outside table. The pool was clean enough, but almost empty, so it felt lonely. That's about it. I wouldn't book here again.

It's a good price and the location works, though there's a steep uphill walk. The staff are kind, and the pool was very clean. The room needs renovating and looks nothing like the pictures; the sunbeds are really dirty. Wi-Fi only works in the public areas, not in the room.
