The villa was comfortable and clean, and the location was great. We had a wonderful stay, with kind, responsive hosts. We'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Watching the sunset with wine by the sea was a lovely part of the stay. The villa is close to a promenade and the sculpture park, and there’s a little playground in the courtyard that kept the kids busy. We also had a speaker in the hall for music while we played board games. We came with friends for New Year’s Eve and stayed a couple of days afterward. The place was roomy, clean, and modern, with an open living area that led straight outside. There was a private pool, a gym, and a sauna downstairs, plus a grill by the pool where we cooked meat. The host was warm and attentive, and the service was great. Such a good weekend in Ayia Napa, I’d happily come back.

We’re unhappy that the host is pursuing extra payment through the platform after asking us to communicate off Airbnb and giving us a personal number, which we used throughout the stay. We don’t think the extra charge is reasonable. Given the trouble and possible safety risk with the AC, we feel compensation may be due instead. The towels looked used when we arrived, and the place wasn’t as clean as we expected. A serious leak from the air conditioner meant we went through a lot of towels to deal with it. We had to switch the AC off for long stretches, so the apartment got uncomfortably hot. We didn’t raise these problems while there because the host had been friendly at first and had set up direct contact. We hope this explains our position and settles the matter.

Really nice, lavish house with a huuuuuge pool. Works well for up to 10 people if some are okay sharing a bedroom. The service was excellent.
