A whole week of misery. The place was loud, smelled bad, and the bathroom was horrifying. Furniture was old and broken, with cockroaches and other large bugs around. It was the worst accommodation of my life, overpriced too. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Definitely the worst holiday place I’ve ever stayed in, in this life or the next. Sorry, but I can’t recommend it at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this low-budget hotel. My booking was for a double bed, but the room I got had a single. The next room had no door handle, so I couldn’t get in, and the last one smelled of cigarettes. When I asked for a refund, they sent me to booking.com, even though the receptionist had taken my payment. Just around the corner, zoi hotel gave a much better welcome and had much nicer rooms for only a little more. I made the mistake of staying here, don’t do the same.

I cancelled straight after paying and never used the accommodation. This was 26 days ago. I was told the card refund could only be processed after three days, but I still haven’t got my money back, and nobody replied when I cancelled. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The room smelled awful and the place was dirty and neglected. Young people living or working there made a lot of noise and fought outside the room, so it was impossible to stay. This hotel should be shut down. For me, it gets zero for everything.

We paid the price shown on Booking, but when we arrived at the property they said it was a pricing mistake. We asked to speak with the manager, who never showed up. Then they had the nerve to call and demand more money before letting us in. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ACCOMMODATION ESTATE!!!
