Meri̇t Lefkoşa Hotel & Casi̇no

Samet was so polite, and the breakfast buffet was really good. The breakfast managers, chefs, and waiters were all welcoming and respectful too. Dinner was a different story. From our check-in on the 4th of February until the 7th, the food was warm instead of hot, even though I told the team from the first day. They didn't seem to care, and nobody came back to check how the food was or offered ketchup for my daughter's fries or dressing for our salads. She's four, and there wasn't any food for kids, so she just had chips. We arrived at about 10:20 pm on the 4th and had a starter and main course. The waiter offered to send dessert to our room since they were closing at 11, and we agreed. But after the manager spoke to him, the dessert never came. Dinner and breakfast were included in our booking. I'd like the customer relations team to take action.

The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was consistently excellent. It made for an easy, enjoyable stay, and I'd recommend it.

The only drawback for me was being on the Turkish side, since getting to the Greek side means going through passport control each time. Apart from that, the hotel was fantastic, clean, and the service was perfect. Breakfast was amazing, and I'd recommend the place. It's a perfect hotel overall.

Beautiful people and a beautiful hotel. Everything from the facilities and rooms to the staff and service was excellent. I loved my stay and can't wait to come back.
