So Nice Beach Resort

The pool area is the only thing that still feels good about this hotel. It looks like it was once stylish, with nice pools near the beach, but it hasn't been maintained. There's a serious mold problem in the rooms, with a smell, and no windows. Cleaning was mixed: some days the room was done well, other days we were left without towels. The restaurant was okay, with Mediterranean food. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of the mold and smell. I hope the owners invest in fixing it, since this could be a nice place.

I only needed one night because there was no room at Vassos Nissi Beach Hotel that evening. This is three stars at best. My room was unclean, had no towels, cobwebs everywhere and non-working AC. I'd booked a pool view, but it was more like a garden view. The car park was useful, but it wasn't lit up to the reception, which was upstairs. There was no lift, so you had to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, then go outside with your bags and walk to the accommodation next door. Thankfully I stayed just one night before moving to Vassos Nissi beach hotel.

The room was nice, but there was a gap under the entrance door and a tarantula got in. I hope that was how it entered and it didn't spend two days in there with us. The hotel itself is beautiful, the setting is stunning and the sea is clean. The Italian chef is skilled, and all inclusive was definitely worth it. A big downside was the way non-Italians seemed invisible to the animators and most of the staff, apart from a few exceptions. One animator ignored our question instead of answering. Someone from the kitchen sometimes brought focaccia out to the bar and beach during the day, but again, only to Italians. The program was Italian all the time too. It really spoiled the impression. A vacation in Italy itself wouldn't have been so bad.

We had a great time at this lovely resort. The room was spacious, and the sea and beach were amazing. We only took breakfast, though lunch and dinner are available as well. Some renovations and improvements could be made, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
