Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel & Spa

I'm still at the hotel and counting down until I can leave. We found a literal worm in our food, and the manager didn't even apologize. I had to call reception five times to get our room cleaned, and nobody came. The room isn't clean either, and there was hair from previous guests in the shower. After many complaints, a hotel supervisor came and did his best to help, but nothing makes up for how awful this place has been. It doesn't deserve even one star, let alone the five it's meant to have. I don't trust anyone who gives it more than one star. They may work here and be writing positive reviews to keep the hotel going.

There were no activities for adults or children, even though October was still in season. Half the services at this ultra-inclusive hotel cost extra, including the island bar, hookah cafe, and most kinds of alcohol. The huge hotel also seemed short on staff, and cleanliness appeared to mean little to them. We stayed five nights, and despite asking specifically, the floors were never mopped. I called reception many times for towels and eventually had to go to staff in person twice. We booked based on the name, but regretted it as soon as we arrived. At the entrance, they immediately asked for a 2500 TL deposit. In short, they tell you what they have, and you end up regretting coming.

The building itself is okay, but it is poorly managed. The food was bland and repetitive, and the bar's alcoholic drinks were very poor quality. The beach was covered in cigarette ends and rubbish. Guests may share some blame, but the hotel should clean the area regularly, especially with children playing in the sand. It was disgusting and ruined our stay. Housekeeping was another serious problem: our room wasn't cleaned properly, and the bedsheets weren't changed even after we called to ask. Cleanliness seemed like a low priority, which is unacceptable for a place claiming five-star status. From arrival, most of the staff seemed extremely unhappy, and service suffered as a result. As a business owner, I'm usually cautious about leaving a one-star review, but this is far from the advertised five-star luxury, and at best feels like a four-star hotel. The poor service, cleanliness, and overall experience ruined our holiday. Don't come expecting a true five-star stay.

The lack of safety here worries me. I saw no lifeguards, the kids club had nobody in it, and when we complained at reception they sent us elsewhere, only for that place to send us somewhere else. The staff member we complained to arrived about ten minutes later, when there was only one barmaid around. If the man had actually attacked us, it seemed nobody would have stepped in until later. My family includes two children, and a couple spent two days doing inappropriate things in the pool among the kids. They bumped into one of my children. When I asked them to be more careful, they swore at us in front of the kids, threatened to fight, and the man tried to hit me, a 15-year-old girl. We'd complained before this and no action was taken. Staff appeared to write something down, but there was no apology. Later we saw them comforting the couple. The service was awful throughout. We booked a beach hut and arrived at the agreed time, but waited about 30 minutes in the heat for someone to help. There was nobody around, and the huts aren't worth €70 for four hours. Room service also failed to bring a toiletry after I requested it three times, each time giving them our room number. I eventually called reception and got it 45 minutes later. The room had ants, the AC barely worked, and the building was very hot because there was no ventilation. Guest relations seemed nonexistent. It felt as if only people spending big in the casino mattered, and ordinary guests were pushed aside. I've stayed at at least 30 hotels, and this was by far my worst experience. The safety precautions don't seem to exist. Don't come here, especially with kids. Save your money. This fake five-star resort isn't worth it.
