Arwa made our short visit especially memorable. She was warm, attentive and professional, gave us a clear tour, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel itself also left a strong impression: modern, beautiful and spotless, with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Everything we saw seemed thoughtfully designed and well cared for, and the whole place felt comfortable and high quality. We were genuinely impressed and would happily recommend a visit.
