Apartment number 225. Owner’s name: Maximilian. Manager’s name: Loukas. As far as I know, Loukas no longer works as the real estate agent, so he doesn't have the right to rent anything out. It was a terrible rental experience, and I want to warn others not to make the same mistake. When I signed the contract, there were already shady schemes going on. I found the apartment listing again at a different price. Loukas, the apartment manager, told me that was a mistake, but things got worse from there. They first tried to charge me €500 for one month's electricity. It turned out the bill belonged to Loukas, who had been living in the apartment without the owner's consent. Then the lights went out because they had never been checked and were in a rusty fuse box. The air conditioner later broke down and wasn't repaired for two months. When I asked for a repair, I was told that one air conditioner in the apartment was enough and it wasn't a big deal. The owner, Max, lives in Italy and doesn't care about the apartment or help at all. Loukas, who manages the apartments, was very rude and unhelpful, and tried to threaten me. I kept catching him lying and giving me information that wasn't true. When I asked the owner to address how his employee was behaving, he said he was in Italy and wasn't going to teach anyone how to behave, so I'd have to deal with Lucas myself. There are no neighbors around at all. At night it gets so dark you can't get to the house without a flashlight, and the lights in the area are never switched on. As far as I know from the only neighbor who lived nearby, the whole residential complex now belongs to a bank because of debts. Nobody knows what happens next, and nobody will help with any problems. The refrigerator doesn't work properly, and ice builds up inside until the food starts freezing. Water leaks underneath the washing machine when it's running, leaving everything damp. The upstairs jacuzzi leaks, so you have to refill it every time. The neighbors also told me that winter electricity bills are huge because it's cold, the apartment is poorly insulated, and heating it with the air conditioner is expensive. I felt unwell without air conditioning and had to find another apartment urgently. I never got a refund for the time I didn't live there. It was a disgusting experience.
