Ingate Hotel Boutique hotel

The new hotel was comfortable, and we really liked the breakfast. The staff were consistently polite and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. We were very happy with our stay.

The hotel and rooms are nice, but after we forgot a personal item, they wouldn't tell us where it was. We had to threaten to involve the police and check the CCTV before they returned our belongings.

For a temporary stay, it was generally good. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the restaurant bar underneath was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and the place felt friendly. As a frequent traveler and pilot, it reminded me of Ibis hotels. Breakfast could be better, and, as is normal in Magusa, there's almost nowhere to go nearby. The floor was a bit noisy, with some odd sounds like Morse dots, and the separate parking area behind was dusty.

We won't be coming back. I'm changing my earlier good review after three bad visits in a row, with the last one being awful. Five of us waited more than an hour, and every dish was bad. Both breakfast burgers were cold, with refrigerated fried onions. My breakfast bowl was cold too; when I sent it back, they microwaved it with the salad and cucumber still on the plate. The cheese became inedible, the egg rubbery, and the salad warm. The chicken salad seemed to have been kept on a hot plate, since the greens were warm but the chicken was cold. We were starving, but sent everything back. The staff just shrugged and didn't know what to do. After we pushed hard, they offered a free takeaway coffee, which was shameful. We hadn't eaten the food and should have received a refund.
