If you're going for an internship, stay away. The place is dirty, with ants, roaches, and spiders around, and the AC barely works. They said sheets would be changed weekly, but they only changed ours when we left. Good luck getting fresh ones or laundry done: their “tomorrow” can turn into “oh yeah, I forgot” two weeks later. Toilets clog, showers leak and flood the bathroom into the room, and lots of things are broken. Rooms are cramped and smell bad, especially with groups of 5 or more. Students make it loud, and construction right outside can wake you too early. The pool is closed most of the year. You can climb onto a neighbor's balcony, and anyone can walk onto a first-floor balcony. People may take your drying rack or leave trash on your balcony. There are lots of cats around, though that's only a downside if you don't like them. The location is close to the beach, but public transport takes a bit of walking to reach. Food is alright, though they don't provide water, so you need to buy it. Staff are nice apart from one woman who yells at you over nothing. Reception will give you toilet paper and trash bags if you ask. Wi-Fi is fast and separate for each room, and there's a working TV, kettle, and fridge, depending on the room.

The rooms and hotel look awful. The owner was even worse, rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.

The bathrooms are cramped, the water pressure is practically absent, and the toilets smell. Cleaning staff were rude and shouted; one night receptionist was downright disrespectful. The bald guy was very friendly, though, and I'm sorry I don't know his name. Laundry costs €3 per wash and AC is €10 a day. All in all, not a great stay.

I slept really well here, and was glad a taxi driver pointed me to this place. The staff were excellent, friendly, smiling, and ready to help with whatever I needed. I'd strongly recommend it and will definitely return.

I was there for quite a while, and the hotel wasn't in the condition shown in the photos. Some doors wouldn't close, some lights didn't work, and a few of the provided utensils were broken or had simply been left behind by previous guests. The cleaning crew weren't helpful. I lost €150, which wasn't the hotel's fault, after cleaners entered my room without permission. They insisted it wasn't their fault and even asked whether someone from another room had taken it. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you want to argue with the cleaning crew for clean sheets. I won't go back even if they pay me to.
