The Icon Limassol

The housekeeping really stood out: our room was spotless, neatly arranged, and smelled wonderful every time we came back. My boyfriend and I spent two nights at The Icon, and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean. It was also calm and relaxing, so we got plenty of rest. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The staff were helpful and friendly the whole time, and the place was clean and comfortable. Its location was really convenient too. I'd gladly stay again and would definitely recommend it.

The Valentine's Day decorations were a lovely surprise and made our stay feel special. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff deserve huge credit for their excellent work. You can see how much care the team puts into the details. Thanks for the warm atmosphere and thoughtful touch, we really appreciated it! ♥️

We were treated rudely and aggressively at Ikon Hotel, Limassol. Our confirmed reservation was changed and we were moved without consent. We raised room problems, but they were ignored, no hotel rules were given to us, and the manager wouldn't communicate. We planned to stay longer but had to move to another hotel, losing money with no refund, compensation, or chance to reschedule. At exactly 12:00, we were threatened with security. Housekeeping came in and started cleaning while we were still packing. When we asked for the complaint book, we were told it “does not exist.” The rooms also have unresolved technical issues. It may suit people staying 1-2-3 nights who like parties and loud music. On Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, noise from nearby restaurants and events goes on until around 1 a.m. Closed windows still don't stop the vibrations, and short-term rentals in the building add to the noise. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone expecting professionalism, privacy, and basic respect.
