TSANotel

The hotel is in a great spot, and the front desk team gave amazing service. Our room was spacious, with a mini fridge, coffee, a kettle, bottled water, and shower gel. The buffet breakfast was decent, though nothing special. One day the almond milk had mold in it. A few things let it down. The AC in room 101 was a wall unit that sadly didn’t keep the room cool. The hallways and elevator have no AC, although the rooms do. It’s a decent, budget friendly stay, but they don’t accept Amex.

For a three night business trip, the location worked well for me, with public transport and a few local restaurants nearby. The room was simple, with standard furniture and a small workspace, but it was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was tidy, and the hot water was reliable. Breakfast came with the stay. Nothing fancy, but there was enough variety to get the day started. A solid choice for a short visit if you’re not after luxury.

The mattresses were tolerable, but the rooms badly need updating. Breakfast was so-so, with awful coffee from very old machines. I booked seven nights for my colleague, and the first three days passed without room cleaning or fresh towels. When my colleague asked reception for a bathtub plug, they said baths weren’t allowed in Cyprus because of water issues. For one accidental night it would be fine. I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

I’ve stayed twice and plan to come back. Each time, they remember me and greet me like I’m part of the place, not just another guest. The staff are fantastic and will go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and the pool area is always clean with a good-sized pool for the site. Kids have a five-a-side pitch, a park, and the pool. The attached gym is fantastic and very welcoming, though it’s a shame it isn’t included and its hours are strange. I have no faults to mention and love the staff. John has been very helpful too, and sells cigars, which saves me searching elsewhere. Thanks, team.
