The food was excellent, and both the room's comfort and cleanliness were better than I expected. Service was quick, with a friendly team that was ready to sort things out. Thanks to General Manager Mr. Hakan, Ms. Mücella, and Ms. Farida for looking after us so well. Mr. Volkan at reception was especially attentive and proactive, and Mr. Alpaslan at the restaurant was also exceptional in his care and approach. Everything at Kaya Palazzo was spot on. Your hard work gave us a clear reason to return.

The spa ladies were wonderful, and we had one of the best 90-minute massages we’ve ever had. Kaya Palazzo Girne is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere. From the airport pickup through to our drop-off, the service was exceptional. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. I really can’t recommend it enough.

This was our first time at this hotel in Cyprus. The rooms were clean, spacious, and high quality, with an amazing bathroom and toilet. The food was superb, and the kitchen staff were 10 out of 10. Teşekkürler tekrar yıldızı 5 yaptım. Friends, I'm writing in Turkish: the service really is AMAZING. One thing to check when arranging your stay is the transfer schedule. We had problems and had to cancel. We’d booked all-inclusive, but alcohol in the lobby cost extra. Nobody told us while we were there, then they came over and had us sign something. I didn’t pay for it. We’d had three glasses of whiskey in the casino, and I didn’t see a point in being petty about it. I hope you don’t call me or my friend over this. At most, I’ll send a refund, but I’d have to lower the review to 1. That’s why I took off one star.

Farida made our stay feel extra special with her kindness, care, and attention to detail. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole team made us feel welcome and comfortable, handling every detail with care and professionalism. Our room was luxurious and spotless, the food had endless delicious choices, and the hotel felt relaxing and elegant throughout. Kaya Palazzo is one of the best places we’ve stayed, with a lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and heartfelt service. We can’t wait to return.

8/10
The beach area was good, with comfortable beds and helpful service, and the gym had plenty of equipment. The room was large and excellent. We had fun at the casino, though it was smoky. Rooms felt a little overpriced, and the dinner options were extortionate. Prices seemed high across the other options too, though. Lira inflation has really hurt the appeal of places like this.
