I love coming to visit family in this little community. The condominium units are very well done, with lovely landscaping and pools. Having 24-hour security and an underground parking garage is a huge plus.

“Housing complex” doesn’t really describe the place. “Garden village private residences” is more accurate.

A lovely place to be, with sunshine in Cyprus every day. Today, though, the nature needs some rain.

There are quite a few rental homes in the complex, and this was one of them. We stayed four nights as two couples and paid 22,000 for the stay. They requested the fee a week before we arrived, and we paid a 7,800 deposit on arrival. The house was spotless and tidy, with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Detergent was supplied for both the washing machine in the bathroom and the dishwasher in the kitchen. Every room had air conditioning, which heated the house well enough that we weren’t cold even in February. The location was a big plus: close to Merit [a hotel/inn], with the beach nearby, a market close by, and a pool in the complex. Everything we needed was easy to reach. There’s covered parking, and a security guard at the entrance.
