Whenever we reached out to Shirina, she was helpful and gave us useful information. She’s a very nice receptionist. If anything goes wrong, go to Shirina. Thank you very much.

We had a great time with the staff, who were friendly to everyone throughout our trip. The food really surprised me: there was a wide choice of dishes, desserts, side dishes, and drinks at the open buffet, with food cooked in front of you. The location is convenient too, with lots of places to visit on foot and shops selling souvenirs for family. Our room had a nice view, a comfortable bed, and a good shower with good water pressure and reliably hot water. I’d love to come back with my family when I get the chance. The service, meals, and staff deserve the five stars I gave.

The city centre, harbour, and historic castle are all within walking distance, while public buses to the beach stop right outside Pia Bella Hotel. Shops and other local conveniences are close by as well. The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent cuisine, and is known for providing high-quality service.

The rooms were lovely, but the buffet food was poor. There wasn’t much selection or many options.

The room was big and the location was good. The shower could have been cleaner, and they could provide a toothbrush like most hotels in the area do. Breakfast was okay, nothing more.
